I have enjoyed working with children for many year in a preschool setting, teaching Polynesian dance (prior to having my own kids), and volunteering in my boy’s classrooms. Hello! My name is Meredith Toraason. I am beyond excited to be part of the Bethlehem teaching staff. I was born and raised in the awesome town of Encinitas, California. I graduated from California State University San Marcos with a bachelors degree in liberal studies and an emphasis on child development. I then went on to obtain my teaching credential from CSUSM. I was a full time substitute teacher in the Encinitas Union school district. My husband Matt and I had four beautiful boys: Nolan, Wyatt, Quinn and Jonas. My oldest son first attended Bethlehem in 2009. I immediately felt a connection to the school and the unique sense of community that exists among the parents and staff. I feel so fortunate to have had all of my boys attend this awesome school. When I'm not in the classroom, my family and I love escaping to Mexico for the weekends to surf and eat fish tacos. I also enjoy taking barre classes at studio barre. Reading, crafting and cooking are passions of mine too!
My name is Yeni Ramon and I feel so happy to be part of Bethlehem community. Since I did my learning service here I love the environment, I'm still student at Mira Costa College where I am working on getting my student certificate. I live with my husband and two daughters Scarlett and Brianna. Scarlett is currently a student at Bethlehem and she loves the preschool. My family loves to go to the beach and spend time outdoors. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work at Bethlehem and learn each day about the children's development.
